Journey into Yoga

People have different stories on how they started yoga. There are those who do it because they have friend who does it, some are just curious and trying out, while for others it is a calling. When you listen to the journey that people take you will realize that each is intriguing. As for me, it took me a long time before starting yoga.

There is a large number of people who are not into games, and this is the case with me. This is despite the fact that I had parents who did all things possible for me to join sports. I do not have any liking for sports, and that is after trying cross-country, baseball, football, and soccer. At one point I found that I did not have the strength to do anything else after doing gym in the class. It is for this reason that is graduate with 135 lbs.

Though I was not particularly overweight I could stand to be in better shape. Thus, after school, I tried some few things that would help me get into better shape. With aid from my partner, we started to bike daily. This is something that aided me to get into better shape. After sometime this started to be boring. This is when I started to stake board until I ended up straining my ankle. Tried weightlifting but this does not mean that is started to watch the Sport Consumer shows.

Before I could give up on working out, my life partner and I found a yoga challenge that take 30 days. That is when you both decided to complete the challenge. We started off the first episode but it was not as easy as anticipated. The thing is that the body we had was not ready for the challenge The balance that we had was not great, and stamina was off. The thing is that the move was quick. As soon as I started out, I begun being aware of my body. The other thing is that my position also improved. In fact, I started to feel the blood circulation.

By the time we got to the tenth day, the posture became simpler and simpler as the body adjusted. This is where we got the motivation of buying yoga mats. Come the twentieth day I got sick and rested. When I recovered I did not do yoga anymore. After a while I started missing the whole thing, then got the mats and started doing it. This is the first activity to get back into, and it is worth the time and the effort. The fact is that my body had to adjust, but things are going high.
